Once "THE USER" has contacted us through any of the mentioned means, a Customer Service Executive will offer the services described on "THE WEBSITE" via phone or chat.
For the integration of the directory of Virtual Assistants on "THE WEBSITE," "https://yourvirtualassistant.net" requests each professional to provide their personal information and academic and professional data to verify their identity and ensure they have the titles and certificates accrediting their capacity for the exercise of their activity. The company invoices through a billing account for purchases of products and/or services. If you have ordered a product or service subject to recurring charges, you agree that we may charge your payment method recurrently, without requiring your prior approval for each recurring charge until you cancel the applicable product or service. Sales tax will be added to the purchase price of purchases as required by the Company. The company may change prices at any time. All payments will be in US dollars."

G.

H.
Engaging in any automated use of the system, such as data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.

Harassing, annoying, intimidating, or threatening any employee or agent of the Company engaged in providing any part of the Company's services.
J.
Interfering, disrupting, or creating an undue burden on the website or networks or services connected to the website.

Making any unauthorized use of the Company's services, including collecting usernames and/or email addresses of users electronically or otherwise for the purpose of sending unsolicited emails or creating user accounts by automated means or under false pretenses.
